Our menu features hand crafted drinks and pastries and rotates weekly. Books and tomes are available for loan or purchase. Payments in gil are rarely accepted- please be ready with a tale, a shiny object, or something to amuse in exchange for goods and... services.
Drinks
Espresso
A house dark roast pulled with a small ratio. Always a double. Milk is available upon request.
Tsai Tou Vounou
Imported from Thavnair, our brewing method can be rather bitter but with pleasant and subtly spicy herbal afters.
Hot Chocolate
A staple of these cold winter months, the chill of Ishgard can leave one wishing for the simple pleasure of cocoa and cream.
Pastries
Honey Croissant
Delightfully flaky, almond shavings top the lightly honeyed, airy treat. While not suitable for a meal, 'tis a wonderful, if messy snack to pair with any drink.
Spinach Quiche
Rich and rather hearty, this treat is filled with cheesy goodness and fresh greens. Suitable for a light meal, and pairs well with tea.
Coffee Biscuit
The production of this scrumptious, chocolate-chunk-enhanced indulgence was once considered the economic powerhouse of a distant star. Brought to you here by a more humble, local Eorzean culinarian, it is none-the-less one of the best pairings for espresso the café can offer.
Miscellany
Moko Grass is available, and is the preferred smokable inside the café. Please refrain from unblended tobacco usage in the café.
Kha Angura
Hailing from Gridania, Kha is the manager of Hallowed Grounds. Short of words but keen for company, he's usually sipping on his own espresso and waiting to see what patrons bring for payment.
